Sunday School Rally Day
The first day of Sunday School will be September 11 at 9:15 am.  We are taking registrations for Sunday School children 3 years old and older. Go to www.peacelc.org, click “home” then, “forms” to find the Sunday School Registration form.  Print it off, fill it out, and drop it off in the church office. We are looking for help in the pre-school area, and in the rotation area for Shepherds and teachers. Sign-up on the table in the Gathering Area if you could help out, or contact Amy, Lisa or Marty. It is not too late to help.

3 year olds, 4 year olds, and Kindergarten will gather at 9:15 in the Sanctuary on Rally Sunday. Please pick up your children at 10:15 in the following rooms: Room # 9 – 3 year olds, Room # 5 – 4 year olds, Room #4 - Kindergartens .

First graders will gather at 9:15 in the Sanctuary on Rally Sunday. All other weeks they will meet in the large fellowship hall and sit in the area marked with a “1” for the rotation opening. They will be met by their Shepherd and Sheepdog, Tammy and Hannah Huempfner and Kalkidan Fett. This year they will attend the rotation opening, but will then have Sunday School as a contained classroom instead of rotation, which will give them a more advanced version of the Preschool/Kindergarten cycle. The lessons will include Joshua, Jonah, and more.

Second through Fifth graders will gather in the sanctuary on Rally Sunday at 9:15. All other weeks they will in the large fellowship hall and sit in the area marked with their grade number for the rotation opening. They will be using the rotation model to study “The Good Samaritan” parable and will rotate through Cooking, Computers, Art, Cinema and Games this session.

3rd through 5th graders please remember to bring your Bibles! An incentive will be given to children for bringing their Bibles to class! Second graders will receive their Bibles on October 30th. Parents of 2nd and 3rd graders can pick up their children in the rotation classroom of the week. Look for the signs to indicate where to pick them up.

Fourth and fifth graders will be dismissed from their Sunday School classes and will find their parents following class. Please arrange for a meeting place.
