Cancellation Updates & Covid-19:

Peace Not Panic

Because of the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC and the State of Wisconsin, and the latest order from Governor Tony Evers, all church activities are cancelled through April 19th.

“We will have Sunday worship on Facebook live at the 9:20 time, so please join together to worship in that way. I will be going live every day with a thought and a prayer on the Facebook page so that we can stay connected. I have children’s books that I’m reading for families with children at home so that they can feel connected for a little bit too. If you’re not able to view them live, don’t worry! They will appear on the Facebook page and you can view them later.” ~ Pastor Stuart

Sunday School for 3-year-olds through 5th grade started Sunday, September 15th, 2019. Students are welcome to begin Sunday School at any time during the year.  Classes meet Sunday from 9:15 am – 10:15 am. Children are taught the word of God through song, story and prayer. Students are engaged in service and fellowship through crafts and games.

As a continuation of the Sunday school program, Power Hour is offered for 6th – 8th grade students, Sundays from 9:15 am – 10:15 am. It is a great way for youth to connect with their peers on everyday topics and learn how our spirituality fits in to these topics.

To ensure we know health, allergies and/or behavior concerns of your child(ren), a registration form is required for each student. Registration forms can be found in the gathering space at church, the counter by Nurse Marsha’s office or on this site under the “Sunday School” tab.

We also have forms available at church. Completed forms can be dropped off in the church office, emailed to Melissa Huber,, or given to your child’s Sunday School teacher.

Worship Notables

Our church offers the convenience of Hearing Loop technology for hearing aid users.  Bulletins are available in large print, and hymn lyrics are displayed on our large screens at either side of our altar.

All Children are welcome at worship, though our nursery is available Sunday mornings for children through age 4 who might need a quiet place to play.  The nursery is located just off the worship area near our sound booth.  Parents of infants will also find a private area to feed their baby in the nursery near the sound booth.

Sunday School began in September and the last class of the year will be May 5th, 2019.  Students are invited to join at any point during the school year.  To learn more about opportunities for students at Peace Lutheran Church, visit our Sunday School and Confirmation tabs.
